Es liegt in der N\u00e4he von Tech und Lunt Hall. Es ist ein gro\u00dfes Geb\u00e4ude, das die Gestalt eines L hat. Das Geb\u00e4ude weist einen gro\u00dfen Turm in der Mitte auf und es ist im gotischen Stil. Das Geb\u00e4ude wurde aus wei\u00dfem Stein, Backstein, und Holz gebaut. Es gibt auch viel sch\u00f6nes Buntglas. Ich finde das Buntglas ganz wichtig und einzigartig f\u00fcr dieses Geb\u00e4ude. Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary war aus 3 anderen Institutionen entstanden, dem Garrett Biblical Institute, The Chicago Training School, und dem Evangelical Theological Seminary. Das Garrett Biblical Institute beherbergte &nbsp;die gleichen Leute, die Northwestern Universit\u00e4t gegr\u00fcndet haben. Das Hauptgeb\u00e4ude, das wir heute sehen, war in den&nbsp; 1920er Jahren gebaut. Es wurde im Jahre 1924 fertiggestellt. W\u00e4hrend der Gro\u00dfen Depression wurden die Grundst\u00fccke verauktioniert, aber Northwestern hat die Grundst\u00fccke ersteigert und sie haben es f\u00fcr $1 an die urspr\u00fcnglichen Besitzervermietet. Heute wird das Geb\u00e4ude als eine Hochschule f\u00fcr Theologie genutzt.
